These Terms of Service govern your use of roamingbloom.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The store is operated by Changting Lite Clothing Co., Ltd. (长汀利特服装有限公司), a company registered in the People's Republic of China under Unified Social Credit Code 91350821MAKELWK216, with its registered address at 3/F, Workshop 2, No. 2 Jinjiang Road, Zhuxi Village, Hetian Town, Changting County, Fujian 366300, China.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, a price or description error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing, currency and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of import duties unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout for US destinations. For destinations outside the United States, import duties and taxes may be charged by your customs authority on delivery and are your responsibility. We do not inflate prices before a promotion, and any "was" price shown reflects a price at which the item was offered in the previous 90 days.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers; card details are tokenised and never stored on our servers. Where a payment method supports instalments, the terms of that provider apply.

5. Shipping and risk

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Estimated transit times are indicative and not guaranteed; delays caused by customs, weather or carriers are outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellation

You may return unworn items, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Statutory rights are not affected. See the Returns Policy for the full process, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Product descriptions and availability

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and natural fabrics vary slightly in weave and shade — these are characteristics, not faults. Measurements are approximate within 1 cm.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, copy, designs, the Roaming Bloom name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the site, and not to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Photographs and user content

Where you send us a photograph of yourself wearing one of our pieces, you confirm it is your own work and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and in our email newsletter. You can withdraw that licence at any time by emailing us.

13. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site supports full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic landmarks, alternated text on every image and reduced-motion preferences. If you meet a barrier, email [email protected] and we will provide the information you need and fix the issue.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
